Thank you for supporting Sealy Life. Below is an overview of our current shipping practices for both EU and international orders. As we continue to grow, this policy may be updated — please check back for the latest version.
1. Shipping Locations
We offer worldwide shipping to most countries. Our products are made and shipped with care by our trusted fulfillment partners across the EU and beyond. Many of our items are made to order, helping us reduce waste and embrace intentional production. This also means your delivery may take a little longer, but we think it’s worth the wait.
To optimize shipping times and costs, some multi-item orders may be shipped from different locations and arrive in separate packages. You will receive tracking details for each shipment, if applicable. Our products are fulfilled through reliable print-on-demand partners and logistics providers located in the EU and internationally. Your order may be shipped from different locations depending on the product and your destination.
2. Shipping Times
Most of our products are made to order and carefully processed by our partners. Please note that the total delivery time includes both processing time and shipping time.
Order processing time: 2–5 business days
Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
- Finland & Nordics: 3–7 business days
- Rest of EU: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–20 business days
Total estimated delivery time = processing + shipping.
This means most orders arrive within:
- Finland: 5–12 business days
- EU countries: 7–15 business days
- Rest of world: 9–25 business days
You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched. Please note that actual delivery times may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or peak season traffic.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on your destination and the items ordered. In some cases, you may be eligible for free shipping based on order value or seasonal promotions.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders (outside the EU) may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country’s authorities. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details before placing an order.
For EU customers, no additional customs duties will apply as we ship from within the EU when possible.
5. Split Shipments
Some orders may be shipped in separate packages (especially if you order products from multiple collections). You will receive tracking details for each shipment. To optimize shipping times and costs, some multi-item orders may be shipped from different locations and arrive in separate packages.
6. Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we may charge a reshipping fee.
7. Delays and Lost Packages
While we strive to deliver on time, Sealy Life is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather. If your package is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at contact@sealy-life.com, and we’ll work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue.
