Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Sealy Life. We hope you enjoy all we have to offer, but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.

1. 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy for all customers, regardless of location. This means you have up to 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. For EU orders, this provides extra flexibility beyond the standard 14-day withdrawal period described in the next section.

This return policy applies only to physical, non-customized products. It does not apply to:

  • Digital Content & Products that have been accessed or downloaded
  • Personalized or made-to-order items
  • Perishable or hygiene-sensitive goods, where sealed packaging has been opened

To request a return:

  • Contact us at contact@sealy-life.com within 30 days of delivery
  • Include your order number and reason for return
  • Wait for confirmation and return instructions before sending anything back. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Please note! Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the item is defective or delivered incorrectly. You must return the item in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging, within 30 days of notifying us of your decision to withdraw. We will process your refund within 10 business days of receiving the returned item or proof of return.

2. EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, if your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods, for any reason and without providing justification.

3. Return Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. If your return is accepted, we will provide the return address and instructions.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will evaluate and resolve the issue, typically by offering a replacement or full refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Digital products
  • Personal care items
  • Sale items or gift cards

6. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital goods (e.g., downloads, printables), all digital product purchases are final and non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

7. Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original item as described above. Once processed, you can place a new order for the desired item.

8. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, we’ll refund within 10 business days. Please note that banks and card processors may take additional time to process and post the refund. If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved, contact us at contact@sealy-life.com
